Did not have a good day today. And today was pretty chill at both of my jobs but I just felt uber..not there, I guess. And to make matters worse, I feel like I gained weight…I havnt actually according to the scale BUT I feel bigger! So anyway the plan is to fast tomorrow; then go on an only vegi diet, as in i’ll only eat vegetables, for a week. Hopefully I can lose about 5-10 in the week, hopefully!! I feel like sh* and losing weight ALWAYS puts me in a very good mood(;
